Berkowitz Pollack Brant Announces Addition of Director of Audit and Attest Services in West Palm Beach Office

WEST PALM BEACH, May 15, 2019 – Berkowitz Pollack Brant Advisors and Accountants today announced that Brent Leslie, CPA, has joined the firm as a director in the Audit and Attest Services practice. Leslie will be based in the firm’s West Palm Beach office.
He joins the firm from a national accounting firm and has nearly 15 years of experience assisting growing companies with audit and assurance, transaction advisory, budgeting and forecasting and implementation of new accounting standards. He also has experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal controls and exit strategy planning.
“Brent has a broad range of experience and is deeply entrenched in the Palm Beach business community,” said Berkowitz Pollack Brant CEO Joseph L. Saka. “He will be a valued resource for clients, as well as a leader and mentor to our younger firm members as we grow and expand our footprint in Palm Beach.”
Leslie is active in the South Florida Manufacturers Association, Florida Atlantic University’s School of Accounting Advisory Board, Families First, the Marine Industry Association of Palm Beach, the Association for Corporate Growth and the West Palm Beach Fishing Club.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an accounting emphasis from Florida Atlantic University. He is a 2015 graduate of Leadership Palm Beach County.
