Director of Forensic and Advisory Services

Dan Hughes helps companies of all sizes from large publicly traded corporations to smaller privately held businesses assess economic damages, lost profits and the quantification of business interruption insurance claims. He works with court-appointed receivers in bankruptcy and special committees to the board of directors in forensic accounting investigations and has provided expert testimony in court matters.

His 25 years of experience in forensic accounting and litigation makes him a valuable resource to corporate boards as well as to in-house and outside counsel. He is an in-demand resource for multi-national companies with complicated damage and lost-profit situations due to commercial disputes, fraud, natural disasters, or merger and acquisition disputes.
