Barry M. Brant, CPA

Director of Tax, Consulting and International Services

Barry Brant has developed a global reputation for providing advice and guidance to high-net-worth families and their companies. He leads the firm’s private client group and provides guidance on complex tax matters and issues related to multi-national holdings, cross–border treaties and wealth preservation and protection.

Brant brings a unique perspective to mergers and acquisitions and assists owners from the start-up phase to succession planning and exit strategies.

His extensive technical expertise includes international expansion, foreign trusts and real estate opportunities as well as business structuring options that provide the maximum benefits for owners and stakeholders. A majority of his clients are subject to multiple taxing regimes or are thinking about wealth protection across generations. His experience and creative thinking are valuable assets.

Brant serves as the chief investment strategist of Orion Real Estate Group, the firm’s real estate affiliate.
