Carl Richie, CPA

Carl Richie has more than 25 years of experience in direct and indirect state and local taxation for businesses and individuals in the United States. He focuses on income, franchise and sales and use taxes.

Richie holds a deep understanding of the full range of state and local tax issues most businesses and individuals face. He assists clients with all aspects of the tax cycle, including tax planning and restructuring, tax mitigation and tax return compliance processes. In addition, he guides clients through controversies and resolves issues with tax authorities.
