Elizabeth Marks, CPA

Director of Assurance and Advisory Services

Elizabeth Marks has nearly 20 years of experience providing audit, attest and business consulting services to domestic and international companies in the privately held and publicly traded sectors. She serves clients of varying sizes in a wide range of industries, including cannabis, life sciences and biotechnology, manufacturing and distribution, retail, entertainment, professional services and employee benefit plans.

Marks provides a hands-on technical and practical experience to each client engagement. Her expertise includes planning, managing and overseeing private and public company audit engagements and consulting on and overseeing compliance requirements concerning financial reporting. In addition, she advises clients on complex accounting issues and transactions.
