Hernando Gomez, CFA, ASA, ABV, MBA, MF, MIB, CIBE, ITF

Director-in-Charge of Valuation Services

Hernando Gomez has more than 20 years of experience advising local and international companies and entrepreneurs. His consultative approach leverages his deep technical knowledge and vast hands-on business experience.

Gomez has been involved in dozens of domestic and international transactions and works closely with buyers, sellers, advisors and bankers to bring projects to fruition.

As an advisor and consultant, Gomez brings economic and financial intelligence to C-suite executives, start-ups, entrepreneurs and global clients to help drive business decisions.

He focuses on business valuations, including stock option valuations and equity-based compensation analyses, and estate and gift tax valuations; mergers and acquisitions; debt management; financial modeling; purchase price allocation analyses; and litigation international arbitration support for clients in a wide range of industries.
