Chief Executive Officer

For more than 25 years, Joseph Saka has provided income and estate planning, tax consulting and compliance services, business advice, and financial planning to entrepreneurs, high-net-worth families and family companies and business executives in the US and abroad.

He has extensive experience in dealing with international tax issues including pre-immigration tax planning, foreign investment into the U.S., and foreign and asset protection trusts.

His broad range of experience and financial planning background are valuable assets to business owners, family trust managers and executives with cross-border entities.

Saka has been honored as a Power Leader in Accounting and Finance and a 40 Under 40 winner by the South Florida Business Journal.
