Senior Manager of Tax Services

Ryan Lodish specializes in partnership and corporate tax within the real estate, investment firm and financial services sectors.

He focuses on real estate developers (condos, homebuilders and land deals), 1031 exchange transactions, rental real estate entities and foreign investment into domestic real estate property/funds. In addition, Lodish specializes in real estate investment funds, loan servicing transactions, bond transactions and accretion, and investment partnerships.
